OUR POSITIONS

Aquatic - Extra Eyes


Extra Eyes serve as an extra set of eyes on the pool deck to help the Instructors, Deck Supervisor and children with anything needed throughout the shift. They should assist all families and instructors whenever possible. Aquatic team members are expected to have an unlimited amount of energy and never-ending smile and should provide great service to others.


All aquatic team members begin as Extra Eyes and should be interested in becoming a Swim Instructor. As part of the training process, you will get CPR, WSI and Lifeguard Certified and you will learn to teach swim lessons based on the Ocaquatics Curriculum.

Aquatic - Swim Instructor​


Swim Instructors teach FUN, small group classes in our indoor, warm water pools. Swim lessons are taught at the pace of each child depending on age and skill. Aquatic team members are expected to have an unlimited amount of energy and never-ending smile and should be interested in the progress of their students.


As part of the training process, you will get CPR, WSI and Lifeguard Certified and you will learn to teach swim lessons based on the Ocaquatics Curriculum.

Dry - Greeter and Boutique​


The Greeter and Boutique Team Members welcome everyone that comes into the facility in a positive and enthusiastic way. They are responsible for taking attendance, assisting families in selecting and ringing up any sales from the boutique and overall providing great customer service to everyone that comes in contact with our school.

Dry - Front Desk Assistant​


Front Desk Assistants are responsible for helping our families with any questions they have regarding our school. They give information and register families in our FUN group classes. Dry Team Members should have excellent communication skills and be able to work under pressure. They should provide excellent service to every person that comes in contact with our school.


The Front Desk training will be held at the Customer Service Center located at our Northwest location. You will also get CPR certified.

Dry - Customer Service Center Assistant

The Customer Service Team is responsible for providing excellent service to every person that comes in contact with our school by phone, email, etc. They assist all of our locations and help our families with any questions they might have. Dry Team Members should have excellent communication skills and be able to work under pressure.

Leadership and Management


Ocaquatics has opportunities for you beyond instructing positions, front desk and customer service assistants. We’re also always on the lookout for people who demonstrate leadership qualities and want to join our leadership team. We have a defined path to supervisory positions and eventually management for those who are interested.
